Joshua Been Plein Air Workshop Salida, CO

After three days of sun, wind, dust, amazing mountain view, overflowing creek banks, white water, a few biting insects, demonstrations, timed and untimed paintings, a ghost town at 10,000 feet, the Angel of Shavano with the Grinch smelling her armpit, many new painting friends, hundreds of photographs, 35 pages of notes, and rather significant fatigue, I am now finally including at least a few of the paintings. For some reason these few are out of sequence. Bottom one is Joshua at the beginning, going up are paintings from St. Elmo then later that first day along Chalk Creek, then Day 2 at the Big Bend of the Arkansas River.
