Jim at Zona Rosa's Arts Festival

What a great great tent Jim Pettijohn had at Zona Rosa.  Hopefully next year the weather will cooperate a little better.  On a side note, I have one of his hand carved wrens in my living room.  My next purchase will be a painting!  Jim does such wonderful work in wood and paint.

This painting in oil was a beautiful view of the pond across the street from the Briarcliff Shopping area.  It was one of the many locations our group has selected to paint this summer.

This painting is from a trip Jim took to the Flint Hills in Kansas.  Wow, take a good look at the reflections in the water.  In addition to painting, Jim is a master wood carver and a very talented photographer.
